Art. Thread protection system (2)

Our technical department has designed three different systems to protect the ajustable spacer thread before performing the burnishing treatment.

In order to pro- tect the threaded portion so as to avoid any deposits of coating material, as that screw the female part can be easily screwed, following systems are recommended:

SYSTEM 2

In the picture a further system is shown to protect the adjustable spacer so as to have the external surface completely treated, avoiding the burnishing powder penetration inside the thread.

The adjustable spacer must be opened to its full extension, and blocked by means of a screw and a M12 hexagonal nut.

Once the treatment is performed, the screw will be taken off so as to be used again, then the plug for the final railing fastening is to be inserted.
