Art. Thread protection system (1)

Our technical department has designed three different systems to protect the ajustable spacer thread before performing the burnishing treatment.

In order to pro- tect the threaded portion so as to avoid any deposits of coating material, as that screw the female part can be easily screwed, following systems are recommended:

SYSTEM 1

1. The male adjustable spacer is attached to the barrier or balcony with welding.

2. To build an iron cap whose diameter (D2) is approximately 4-5 mm lower than the diameter (D1) of the threaded male.
A thickness (S) equal to the length (L) of the male thread and place it at the end of the spacer.

3. To screw the female part and firmly tighten. Everything is ready for browning.

After treatment, the cap can be used again.
